- Handmade Items: Crafted to order. Processing takes 7-10 days, followed by priority shipping.
- International Shipping: Available worldwide with rates calculated at checkout. Timelines vary by region (typically 10-15 days).
- Tracking: A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent as soon as your loop-filled package departs.

Customization Policies
How long do custom handmade items take?
Each custom piece is mindfully created by hand. Typically, preparation takes 7–14 business days before shipping. We'll send you a progress photo once your loop starts coming together!
Can I request a specific color for my kit?
We love personal touches! Use the customization form or reach out via support for specific yarn color requests. Please note that custom shades may add 2–3 days to kit processing.
What is the policy for personalized orders?
Since custom items are made specifically for you, they are final sale. However, if there is a crafting defect or the item doesn't match your approved design, we will make it right immediately.
Can I cancel a customization request?
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Once we have begun selecting materials or starting the crochet process, we are unable to cancel the order.
